The company has two calcining kilns with an annual production capacity of more than 20,000 tons.
Production particle size: 8#-600#, with two series of F sand and P sand.
Production process: First of all, high-quality brown corundum products should be selected. After strict testing, they are loaded into saggers and enter the tunnel kiln for high-temperature calcination, heat preservation and cooling processes to ensure the toughness and appearance stability of the calcined abrasives.
Product features: small expansion coefficient, cleanliness is increased by more than 50% compared with before calcination, and toughness is increased by more than 15% compared with before calcination, thus improving the grinding efficiency of the abrasives.
Product use: mainly used for high-end resin abrasives and coated abrasives.
